Here In the North Counrty High Peaks Home Inspection LLC is known as the "buyers" inspector. What does that mean? well it is simple I only work for the individual who hires me. I will do my best to see what you are buying or selling and deliver the information about the condition of the home to you in a manor that makes the most amount of sense to you. I am not a deal killer nor am I going to blown things out of proportion. We are not a code enforcement agency, I am simply going to dive as deep as the law will allow me to do so into the property during the inspection and make sure I give as clear of a picture that I can of the property in question. It is important that you are comfortable with the inspector that you hire. I have no problem taking the time needed to answer your questions before you hire me or someone else. at anytime during the inspection you are not happy with the service being provided we can terminate the inspection and we can walk our separate ways without any hurt feelings. The North Country is filled with a multitude of different building styles and levels of competency in which they were built. It is my job to decipher what the building condition is and what my best judgement is on haw it will serve your needs.
